1. About these terms

2. Free to play: no gambling

Grassroots LMS is free. There are no entry fees, stakes, pots, prizes paid by us, or payouts. Organisers must not use the service to collect entry fees or run cash pots. [Legal review: confirm the position under the Gambling Act 2005 and any prize-competition rules if organisers offer prizes.]

3. Donations to clubs

Donate buttons link to each club’s own external page. Any donation is between you and that club. We don’t receive, hold or verify donations, and the “I donated” tally is self-reported.

4. Accounts

Use your real email address and a display name that isn’t offensive or impersonating anyone. You’re responsible for access to your email account, because it controls sign-in.

5. Organisers, clubs and sponsors

Organisers are responsible for their competitions. Club managers are responsible for the accuracy of their club profile, donation link and sponsor listings, and confirm they have permission to use any names and logos they upload. We may edit or remove content.

6. Fixtures and results

Fixtures and results come from third-party data (the public Fantasy Premier League feed) and may be delayed or wrong. The organiser’s or our decision on results is final. Grassroots LMS is not affiliated with the Premier League.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, scrape, overload or attempt to break the service, or upload unlawful content.

8. Liability
