Who we are
Grassroots LMS is run by [OPERATOR NAME - TO CONFIRM] (“we”). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: hello@grassrootslms.co.uk.
What we collect
- Account details: your name (as shown on leaderboards) and email address.
- Game data: competitions you create or join, your weekly picks, results and your chosen local club.
- Self-reported donations: if you tap “I donated”, the fact you did and any amount you choose to enter. We never take or process payments.
- Club suggestions and club manager details: club name, area, links and any contact details you provide.
- Technical data: IP address (used briefly for rate limiting and security) and server logs.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To run the game and your account: contract.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse: legitimate interests.
- To email sign-in links and essential service messages: contract. [Add marketing emails only with consent.]
Who we share it with
Other players in your competitions see your display name, picks (after kickoff) and status. We use processors to run the service: hosting ([HOST, e.g. Fly.io / Railway]) and email delivery ([e.g. Resend]). [List any others.] We do not sell personal data.
